Customer Support Specialist 

If you are driven to contribute to an amazing product and culture, work autonomously, solve important problems, and deliver great solutions...then apply to be a Customer Support Specialist at BSPK. This position is remote, with preferred location in the Eastern United States time zone or Europe. It is initially a contract position with an opportunity to transition to full time if successful. 



  • You have 3-5 years experience working remotely in customer support or quality assurance

  • You know how to devise software test cases, perform functional, regression, integration, performance and acceptance testing better than you know your home address

  • You love fast a paced, agile development environment, and you thrive with changes

  • You like to put yourself in the shoes of the customer when working to find or resolve problems

  • You want to be part of something new, exciting and big


  • Daily testing of user stories in our engineering backlog

  • Report and document test scenarios and edge cases, and investigate possible causes of problems; describe the steps to reproduce 

  • Document new test cases or procedures for future use in our test documentation

  • Assist customer success managers and sales account managers with customer questions

  • Test and reproduce bugs filed by customers in our support portal; document the steps to reproduce in the engineering backlog

  • Participate in meetings and collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Engineering 

  • Learn every aspect of the features and performance of the BSPK IOS app and cloud

  • Participate in daily standup meeting

Additional requirements

  • Understanding of common integration patterns, like REST API, batch file exchange, etc.

  • Experience with retail POS, e-commerce or CRM systems like Shopify, Salesforce, Y2, etc.

  • Articulate and succinct in their communication 

  • Familiar with engineering management processes and tools

  • An engineering / technical background or related training preferred

  • Project management training (e.g. Scrum or Agile) is a plus

  • Proficiency in English and French are strong plus

Your Mission:

  • Develop a network of premium and luxury brand partners for BSPK

  • Scout & curate the right network of brand prospects

  • Schedule meetings and conduct sales prospecting calls

  • Prepare the business pitch​

Solutions Engineer 

BSPK is looking for a talented Solutions Engineer professional to join our global team.


Your Mission:

  • Conducting client discovery calls with sales representatives 

  • Meeting with clients to discuss their needs 

  • Strategizing with the sales team to create customized solutions

  • Working closely with product and engineering team to ensure solution is compatible with platform architecture 

  • Drafting and delivering presentations on proposed solutions, including time and scope

  • Working alongside project management teams to successfully monitor progress and implementation of initiatives 

  • Accounting for possible project challenges or constraints and proactively seek to manage challenges 

  • Providing post-sales follow-ups 

  • Developing relationships and maintaining customer relations 

  • Supporting the sales team with all technical related queries

BSPK is looking for Technical product manager based in East Coast, USA or Europe to help grow success of BSPK. The ideal candidate would be a product manager with technical background who understands enterprise customers integration needs.



  • An engineering background or training required 

  • Understanding of common integration patterns, like REST API, batch file exchange, etc.

  • Experience with retail POS, e-commerce or CRM systems like Y2, Shopify, Salesforce, etc.

Product management skills: 

  • Demonstrated ability to develop project rollout plans and schedules ​

  • Articulate and succinct in their communication

  • Familiar with engineering management processes and tools 

  • Project management training (e.g. Scrum or Agile) is a plus

Senior Rails Engineer

Senior Rails Engineer

BSPK is looking for a Senior Rails Engineer based in Americas or Europe to help grow the success of BSPK. The ideal candidate would be a senior Rails engineer with experience working with data integration, data pipelines, e-commerce and CRM applications. ​



  • Demonstrate Rails 5 or 6 experience on medium to large scale applications 

  • Expertise designing and documenting REST API for 3rd parties 

  • At ease with Postgres 

  • Working experience using Elastic Search for data search and aggregation 

  • Exposure to React/Vue is a plus

Additional qualities:

  • Must be fluent in English, French is a plus



  • Own feature implementation from concept to delivery

Senior Product Designer

BSPK is looking for a part-time Product Designer based in the Americas or Europe to evolve the iOS experience for enterprise and business users of BSPK. ​​The senior designer will design, iterate, and improve the iOS app experience for multiple user profiles. Ideally, they will do an audit of the existing app and understand current usage as well as take into account new business goals and metics. They will examine use causes, run exploratory and validation user research as needed, and define information architecture. They will work all along a broad range of design skill sets from UX value propositions to detailed specifications on page and component design. This position requires a continuous focus on the user while creating workflows that match their mental model of interacting with customers. The position goal is to ensure that the right information or controls are presented at the right place and time in the app to serve user needs. The senior product designer will be given collaboration and support by the CEO, product managers, and two current designers working on adjacent projects.
