Customer Support Specialist 

BSPK is looking for a talented Customer Support Specialist to join our global team.

 

Your Mission:

  • Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features 

  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat 

  • Analyze and report product malfunctions 

  • Update product development backlog with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers 

  • Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members 

  • Inform customers about new features and functionalities 

  • Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved 

  • Create training and documentation materials 

Qualifications:

  • Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role

  • Familiarity with retail industry is a plus

  • Experience using help desk software and remote support tools

Solutions Engineer 

BSPK is looking for a talented Solutions Engineer professional to join our global team.

 

Your Mission:

  • Conducting client discovery calls with sales representatives 

  • Meeting with clients to discuss their needs

  • Working closely with product and engineering team to ensure solution is compatible with platform architecture 

  • Drafting and delivering presentations on proposed solutions, including time and scope

Your Mission:

  • Building strong relationships with customer teams and stakeholders

  • Strategizing with the sales team about how to provide tailored solutions

Integration Technical Product Manager 

BSPK is looking for Technical product manager based in East Coast, USA or Europe to help grow success of BSPK. The ideal candidate would be a product manager with technical background who understands enterprise customers integration needs.

  • Understanding of common integration patterns, like REST API, batch file exchange, etc.

  • Experience with retail POS, e-commerce or CRM systems like Y2, Shopify, Salesforce, etc.

Senior Rails Engineer

BSPK is looking for a Senior Rails Engineer based in Americas or Europe to help grow the success of BSPK. The ideal candidate would be a senior Rails engineer with experience working with data integration, data pipelines, e-commerce and CRM applications. ​

Highlights:

Technical  

  • Demonstrate Rails 5 or 6 experience on medium to large scale applications 

  • Expertise designing and documenting REST API for 3rd parties 

  • At ease with Postgres 

  • Working experience using Elastic Search for data search and aggregation 

  • Exposure to React/Vue is a plus

Senior Product Designer

BSPK is looking for a part-time Product Designer based in the Americas or Europe to evolve the iOS experience for enterprise and business users of BSPK. The senior designer will design, iterate, and improve the iOS app experience for multiple user profiles. Ideally, they will do an audit of the existing app and understand current usage as well as take into account new business goals and metics. They will examine use causes, run exploratory and validation user research as needed, and define information architecture. They will work all along a broad range of design skill sets from UX value propositions to detailed specifications on page and component design. This position requires a continuous focus on the user while creating workflows that match their mental model of interacting with customers. The position goal is to ensure that the right information or controls are presented at the right place and time in the app to serve user needs. The senior product designer will be given collaboration and support by the CEO, product managers, and two current designers working on adjacent projects.
