Customer Support Specialist

Responsibilities

Daily testing of user stories in our engineering backlog

Report and document test scenarios and edge cases, and investigate possible causes of problems; describe the steps to reproduce

Document new test cases or procedures for future use in our test documentation

Assist customer success managers and sales account managers with customer questions

Test and reproduce bugs filed by customers in our support portal; document the steps to reproduce in the engineering backlog

Participate in meetings and collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Engineering

Learn every aspect of the features and performance of the BSPK IOS app and cloud

Business Development Manager
BSPK is looking for a talented Business Development Manager to join our global team.
Your Mission:

Develop a network of premium and luxury brand partners for BSPK

Scout & curate the right network of brand prospects

Schedule meetings and conduct sales prospecting calls

Prepare the business pitch​

BSPK is looking for a Senior Rails Engineer based in Americas or Europe to help grow the success of BSPK. The ideal candidate would be a senior Rails engineer with experience working with data integration, data pipelines, e-commerce and CRM applications. ​

Senior Product Designer
BSPK is looking for a part-time Product Designer based in the Americas or Europe to evolve the iOS experience for enterprise and business users of BSPK. ​​The senior designer will design, iterate, and improve the iOS app experience for multiple user profiles. Ideally, they will do an audit of the existing app and understand current usage as well as take into account new business goals and metics. They will examine use causes, run exploratory and validation user research as needed, and define information architecture. They will work all along a broad range of design skill sets from UX value propositions to detailed specifications on page and component design. This position requires a continuous focus on the user while creating workflows that match their mental model of interacting with customers. The position goal is to ensure that the right information or controls are presented at the right place and time in the app to serve user needs. The senior product designer will be given collaboration and support by the CEO, product managers, and two current designers working on adjacent projects.
