BSPK is a tech start-up with the most advanced digital platform for brands and sales associates to provide their customers with curated, 1:1 experiences. With our innovative clienteling app, we help brands and sales associates boost sales, improve customer engagement, and build brand loyalty. The official launch of our customer-facing clienteling app will be this fall in September 2022.

 

We are looking to hire part-time or full-time sales advisors to help grow the success of BSPK and our brand partners. We are looking for people who sell through inspiration, gain information by building long-lasting customer relationships, and are skilled at asking the right questions. Our sales advisors listen to their customers intently and give them the confidence they need to make a decision.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service with the ability to develop meaningful and loyal client relationships.

  • Build and maintain client base through consistent follow-up with phone calls and thank you notes, scheduling appointments to review new product line, and inviting to store events.

  • Brand Ambassador, communicating features and benefits of merchandise beyond the basics, current fashion trends, and suggestive selling techniques, to appeal to the customer’s needs, and ultimately generate sales.

  • Displays an energetic and positive attitude

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently

  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and create strong partnerships with other sales associates and managers to meet customer’s needs, develop business driving initiatives

  • Schedule flexibility and dependability

 

Qualifications

  • Experience in luxury retail sales is preferred.

  • Strong ability to connect with customers, build trust, and foster relationships.

  • Good interpersonal skills; responds to all customer inquiries in a polite and timely manner

  • Solid analytical, creative, and problem-solving abilities

  • High degree of ownership for work product, a sense of urgency and strong follow-through

  • Able to work well independently

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be a listener, a presenter, and a people-person

  • Flexibility in work schedule
